Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING: All domestic orders are shipped within 1-3 business days via USPS First Class Mail.  Once dropped off with USPS- we have no control over transit times.  Please allow up to 5 days processing time for international orders.  These will be sent via USPS First Class International or UPS.  You will receive tracking via email once your order ships.  

RETURNS and EXCHANGES: We accept domestic returns within 14 days of arrival for unworn pieces.  Please note that all merchandise must be unused and returned in original packaging.  Email amanda@earkit.com for return label- the cost of which will be deducted from your refund total.  We do not offer exchanges.   All sale items, mystery bundles and Kit Club are final sale.
