TERMS: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover are accepted for online purchases only. We only have open accounts for public safety, state federal & military accounts-(Cage Code# 3DBJ9) with approved credit.
 
Your credit card will be billed buy our corporate office and will appear on your credit card statement as Lakeland Communications.
 
SHIPPING: We ship by UPS throughout the United States, only some products will be shipped using FedEx/DHL.
 
PROGRAMMING: Radios/Pagers can be programmed to the Frequencies/PL codes if requested by the customer at the time of order and maybe at an extra cost.
 
If you have questions about radio licensing please contact the FCC at 888-225-5322 or www.fcc.gov, request form 601. If you would like someone to handle the licencing procedure for you, we can assist you with all your licensing needs too.
 
RETURNS: All internet and phone sales are final. We do not offer a demo trial period on our online equipment, If the item is defective we will repair or replace this item if we are contacted within 48 hours after the you receive your order and all merchandise is returned within 5 business days using our RA#. Shipping of the returned items is the responsibility of the customer, please use insurance for your package because we can not be responsible for your shipment by UPS, Fed-Ex, US Post Office or another carrier if they loose your package.
 
If you need a change order please contact us ASAP within 24hrs we may be able to subustute your order with out penalty.
   
If you receive the wrong item, we will work with you to exchange your unused/unopened product for the correct item. Call our office during regular business hours, 847-245-4800, we will be happy to assist you.
 
Note: We prefer you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We would like to be your communications company for the long term. Please call us with any product related questions before placing your order. In the rare occurrence a return is accepted, it would be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Special order items are non-returnable.
 
Please allow approx. 1-3 weeks delivery on some products. We are not responsible for product damage in transit from the shipping company used, this must be reported directly to them. If an item is unavailable we reserve the right to substitute stock for equal or greater value. All orders are final, shipping & taxes are not included.
